Dongguan PrometalTech Co.,Ltd has gathered a group of talents with professional knowledge background and rich experience in liquid metal research and development, production, with the whole process development ability and core technology from materials to equipment and process.Phase I plant covers an area of 10,809 square meters, which can realize the construction of a complete production line with the capacity of 40 die-casting machines.We have independently developed and manufactured the main supporting equipment for the production of liquid metal products (including but not limited to: die-casting machine, numerical control machine, three-dimensional laser cutting machine and specially designed special molding machine, etc.), and specially designed high vacuum alloy melting equipment to meet the high quality requirements of customers.

Liquid metal
Liquid metals are also called amorphous alloys and metallic glasses. Compared with traditional metals, the essential difference between liquid metals is the disordered arrangement of atoms.Liquid metal composition need three or more alloys in molten state rapid cooling, the cooling and caused the metal atoms to orderly distribution, thus forming the metal atoms disorderly arrangement of amorphous alloys, the amorphous atomic structure makes it have many unique properties, such as excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high strength, high hardness, etc.
The advantages of liquid metals over traditional metals are reflected in three aspects: performance, technology and cost:
1. In terms of performance：liquid metal is considered to be the hardest light alloy at present, and it has outstanding performance in heat dissipation, electromagnetic shielding and other aspects.
2. In terms of technology：because liquid metals are cooled in an amorphous state, the shrinkage rate is very small, and it is possible to obtain nearly net formed products through the die casting process.
3. In terms of cost： liquid metal is a clean material with no toxic side effects in raw materials and products during the production process;The material can be recycled and has little impact on the environment, and the liquid metal products are basically one-time molding, saving a lot of post-processing, which is a kind of green material.
